KJS Technic services

KJS Technic offers, in close cooperation with your team, tailor-made industrial solutions uniquely adapted to your wishes and needs. We have more than 20 years of experience in the establishment and development of industrial facilities, primarily in the feed and grain industry. We offer our services in connection with start-up, maintenance/service, or we can be involved as a subcontractor in connection with a larger project.

Installation

Whether it is our project or we only provide manpower, we deliver high competence and quality. Our professional expertise spans a wide area, so there is no job that cannot be done. Safety is paramount and complies, as a minimum, with all legal requirements ensuring a high quality working environment.

Supervision

We carry out larger or smaller tasks as supervisors. For this we draw on our many years of experience from e.g. steel buildings, machine installation, electrical installation, etc. We also have extensive experience in collaborating with many different cultures. Whether in the Philippines, Egypt, South Africa, Hungary or Denmark.

Commisioning

We have many years of experience in commissioning. Mainly on all Cimbria machines, Simatek elevators and filters, JKF filters and Danvægt weighing systems. If you have a machine from another manufacturer, we will most likely also be able to help, as functionality and construction are often similar.

Quality assurance

We operate with razor-sharp quality assurance of our work, ensuring the most optimal setup that delivers the best result for you. The desired scope of the quality assurance report is agreed upon as needed and requested by you. Reports are made in writing and with photographic documentation before, during and after the assignment.

Supplier of

We can supply everything in storage, transport and processing for grain, seed, feed etc., and we are also suppliers of fire alarm systems provided by “dry-safe”.

KJS Technic is an expert in the establishment of industrial facilities for the processing of grain and feed. We have established more than 100 facilities worldwide. Our team consists of employees who each have at least 10-30 years of experience in the industry.
